RSI Europe specializes in the development and manufacturing of innovative remotely controlled systems for the defense sector. The company works in close cooperation with combat engineers, explosives experts and UAV operators in active combat zones to deliver the remote strike capabilities for the warfighters.

Our flagship products are a remote explosives initiation system RISE-1 and a first-person view (FPV) quadcopter drone SHPAK.

Your Mission:

As a Country Manager , you will drive RSI Europe’s expansion by building relationships with defense ministries, military procurement agencies, and key decision-makers in the defense industry. Your goal is to establish RSI Europe as a trusted partner for defense solutions and ensure the successful adoption of our technologies in your region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan to penetrate defense, government, and industrial markets.
  • Establish and maintain high-level relationships with government procurement bodies, military leaders, defense contractors, and key influencers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and procurement programs within the defense sector.
  • Lead and manage complex sales negotiations with government agencies and defense organizations.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the defense sector.
  • Represent RSI Europe at military expos, defense conferences, and government briefings.
  • Provide insights and guidance to RSI Europe’s product development team based on real-world battlefield needs and defense operational requirements.

What you bring:

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or procurement within the defense sector.
  • Strong network within military procurement agencies, defense ministries, or defense contractors.
  • Experience with government projects or consultancy roles within defense ministries is a major advantage.
  • Background in military service or defense-related engineering is highly valued.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Defense Studies, or a related field.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills, with a deep understanding of government procurement and contracting processes.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to operate in a high-stakes environment.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to attend industry events, meet stakeholders, and conduct on-site demonstrations.
  • Fluency in English.
