Day to Day:

Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner for a growing technology company in Munich, Germany. This person will report to the Head of Business Partners-EMEA and support strategic initiatives, partnering closely with the team and managers to develop and implement proactive solutions for a broad scope of activities, ensuring alignment on initiatives and priorities, maintaining open and transparent lines of communication and keeping the teams thriving and well supported. He or she will serve as a strategic partner on a broad range of issues that help support the inevitable changes that rate of growth entails including talent planning, coaching, policy and program development, employee experience, engagement and development, performance, compensation and more.

Core Responsibilities:

The core day to day can be broken down into 4 pillars:

• Employee Relations (about 60% of the day to day)
• Playing the role of a coach, mentor and leader to influence the business to raise the performance bar
• Implementing and driving a number of EMEA projects
• Examples: developing better managers, providing better organizational design and development, restructurings, etc.
• True Partner to recruiting orgs, business leaders, etc.
