Quality Manager

We have a current opportunity for a Quality Manager on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Kaufering. For further information about this position please apply.

Your Responsibilities:

• Management and coordination of cross-departmental quality management projects.
• Support and moderate the development of immediate measures, determination of the causes of errors, corrective and preventive measures, and implementation of effectiveness tests.
• Independent creation, monitoring, and updating of QM documentation, including quality guidelines and procedural instructions.
• Plan and carry out internal audits independently and promote interdisciplinary cooperation between development, production, and quality assurance to optimize processes.
• Proactively communicate our quality guidelines internally and conduct process training.
• Interpret and implement current laws and standards in the company.
• Support in identifying optimization potentials and solving complex issues.
• Support the implementation of computer system validations.

What We Want From You:

• Several years of professional experience with quality management systems and quality assurance, preferably in the medical device sector.
• Application experience includes ISO 27001, ISO 13485, MDD, and ideally also MDR.
• Auditor training is desirable, and practical experience with risk analysis, FMEA, and other quality methods is required.
• Communication in English is not a challenge for you, and you are a real team player.
