Digital Design Team Lead

Job Title: Digital Design Team Lead Engineer
Position: Full time, Permanent
Location: Dresden, Germany
Salary Range: 110K EUR per annum

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a Team of design and verification engineers. Your team develops IP’s and subsystems for automotive embedded power applications.
2. Lead the team and grow it further in size and competencies with respect to methodologies for design (digital, analog) and verification (functional, mixed signal).
3. Be responsible for allocating resources to development projects and coordinating the team.

Requirements:

1. A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar technical field.
2. Professional experience in the semiconductor industry in relevant R&D departments (Product Development, Verification or Chip Design).
3. Several years of Experience in R&D management of small or medium size teams.
4. Good knowledge in your own technical area but also a strong focus on R&D management and leadership in recent years.
5. Excellent communication skills which enable you to master the alignment across internal and external contacts in a multicultural and diverse environment.
6. Highly motivated with ability to prioritize and perform under pressure.
