These Tasks Await You

In this varied and exciting role, you will support our IT team in maintaining our servers, networks, and databases. Your main tasks will include:

• Server support (support and maintenance of our server landscape (incl. on-demand desk service)/ web support and server security)
• Database support (administration and optimization of our databases/ support for encryption and PKI processes)
• Technology support (support for IT projects and ongoing operations/ Programming languages: Python, SQL, and Java/ Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (AAD)/ Cloud-based solutions and services)
• Troubleshooting and performance optimization (troubleshooting, performance management, and second level support)

What You Should Bring With You

• Completed IT training or equivalent knowledge
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Network engineering, systems engineering, IT security, log management, or network architecture
• Sound knowledge of Python, SQL, and Java
• Good knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Azure Active Directory (AAD), cloud services
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a team
