Our Performance Marketing team controls all paid and directly measurable marketing campaigns via online & offline channels and therefore is one of the driving forces behind customer acquisition and lifecycle management. Our team is very KPI-driven, analytical and always one step ahead of market trends. In close cooperation with the Design, Content & Brand Marketing and Marketing Technology & Intelligence teams, we develop and implement the performance marketing strategies of the future.
As Junior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) – Paid Search , you will be working on our online campaigns in the Google advertising networks, with a focus on Google Search Network and Google Shopping Network. As a team member, you will quickly take on independent responsibility for your own campaigns and for overarching projects.
Responsibilities
Conception, planning, and implementation of new campaigns in the Google network:
- Independent development of initiatives to optimize online marketing performance
- Independent campaign management according to predefined performance targets
- Definition and monitoring of relevant KPIs
- Setting up and implementing strategic and operational projects
- Independent execution of complex analyses
Requirements
Above-average degree in economics or a comparable qualification from a top university:
- Experience with MS Office (especially Excel)
- Very good analytical skills and a passion for working with numbers
- Proactive and initiative mindset and enjoy questioning existing structures
- High level of receptivity and flexibility
- Quick comprehension and structured way of working
