What You Bring to the Team
- Experience & Passion – At least 3 years of experience in HR management, ideally in a Business Partner role, with a focus on both strategic and operational HR.

- Vision & Action – Capability to think big while executing ideas into real outcomes.
- HR Knowledge & Integrity – Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices, ensuring compliance while being people-centric.
