Job Description:

• Develop scalable systems for data processing and low-latency trading in spot, futures, and options markets.
• Work closely with researchers to enhance workflows and deliver technical solutions.
• Integrate trading systems with the existing infrastructure.
• Follow best practices in software development (CI/CD, version control, testing).
• Monitor and optimize system performance.

About the Customer:

On behalf of our client, a digital asset trading firm, Swisslinx is seeking a Quantitative Developer to join their team. You will design and maintain high-performance systems for crypto and FX markets, collaborating with researchers to process large datasets and optimize low-latency trading strategies.

Requirements:

• Strong background in computer science, quantitative finance, or related field.
• Advanced Python skills: knowledge of Kubernetes, Rust, or C# is a plus.
• Experience with API-based trading and systematic strategies is beneficial.
• Proven ability to build systems for large-scale data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and quick adaptability.
• Interest in cryptocurrency and FX markets; knowledge of order book flow is a plus.
• Fluency in English required.
• Must be a Swiss permit holder or eligible to work in Switzerland.
