Now, we are looking to take our growth to the next level. As our Founding Sales Person , you will work closely with Philipp and Niklas, the founders of MVST , to define and execute the next phase of our growth strategy. Your role will be to unlock and scale high-value sales opportunities while building and managing strategic partnerships to drive sustainable revenue growth. About The Role
- Define and execute sales experiments and GTM playbooks to accelerate growth.
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing high-value contracts.
- Translate complex technology and design solutions into simple, compelling value propositions.
- Develop and manage partnerships with key industry players, technology vendors, and agencies to drive new business opportunities.
- Strengthen and expand relationships with existing MVST partners and clients, ensuring long-term collaboration and upselling opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, product teams, and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Philipp, Niklas, and the leadership team to align sales and partnership strategies with MVST’s long-term vision.
- Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities, expanding MVST’s client and partner portfolio.
Who You Are
- 10+ years of experience in tech sales within high-performing B2B SaaS, consulting, or digital product agencies.
- Proven track record of closing multiple six-figure deals and working with enterprise clients.
- A quick thinker who can break down complex technical topics into manageable insights for clients.
- Experience in consultative, solutions-oriented sales, with the ability to craft value-driven proposals.
- Strong communicator—both written and verbal—capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in partnership management, with the ability to build long-term strategic relationships.
- Hands-on and strategic—you love closing deals but also enjoy defining playbooks for scale.
