Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support:

• Assist German-speaking customers via email, chat, and calls, ensuring a high standard of service.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.

• Help improve customer support processes for German-speaking clients by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing and product development to address customer feedback and improve user experience.
