About the role
As our first marketing hire, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape and own our marketing approach from the ground up. You will play a key role in leading our marketing efforts, with a strong focus on creating compelling content that drives customer acquisition and engagement.
Your responsibilities will range from conducting user interviews, crafting blog posts and briefing freelancers to managing social media ads, optimizing our website and running experiments that refine our strategies and boost lead generation. You will be reporting directly to the Founder & CEO and these will be your key responsibilities:
Customer understanding: Conduct daily interviews with architects to gain deep insights into our customer segments and their journey. Use this understanding to refine our marketing approach and content strategy.
Content creation & management: Own and enhance our blog, craft engaging posts and create diverse content, including product videos, to be distributed across multiple channels. Ensure all content aligns with our brand and effectively engages our audience.
GTM strategy: Execute marketing strategies to attract and convert leads, using a mix of various marketing efforts. Continuously test and optimize new acquisition channels and iterate on existing ones to maximize conversions.
Funnel optimization & CRM: Iterate on our website to improve user experience and increase conversions from visitors to relevant leads. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, activate trial users and reactivate old leads.
Social Media: Manage and optimize Social Media ad campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) to drive engagement and customer acquisition. Ensure we maintain strong visibility across relevant channels, continuously refining campaigns to maximize reach and impact.
Experiments & innovations: Run weekly experiments to test new hypotheses and strategies, such as webinar-led GTM motions, email outbound initiatives, and PR pushes in niche architecture magazines. Always think of new ways to acquire new customers.
Freelancer management: Guide and manage our freelancers to enhance content and grow our results, ensuring a high standard of quality and relevance.
Who we’re looking for
Experience: 3+ years of generalistic B2B marketing experience, ideally within a SaaS company and fast-paced work environment
Tech-Savvy Fullstack Marketer: Versatile marketing professional, passionate about different aspects of marketing, capable of quickly adapting to new tasks and learning about the industry, with a proven ability to leverage technology on a daily basis
German language & communication skills: Fluency in German at a native level is a must , along with excellent communication skills to effectively engage with our German target audience
Content creation expertise: Hands-on experience in creating, writing, editing, and producing high-quality, engaging content across various formats
Social Media & CRM Skills: Demonstrated experience with social media management, CRM systems, email marketing, and landing page creation
Pragmatic & results-driven: You prefer executing over planning. We shoot a new ad idea in minutes, not days, and launch a webinar within a day, not a week.
Quick learner: Self-starter, who works independently, learns on the go and delivers constantly high-quality outputs.
