For our Master Data Management team in KWS Berlin GmbH we are looking for a determined and detailed-oriented candidate as a Master Data Management Associate (m/f/d) in Berlin . With a high level of motivation and commitment, you ensure the high quality of our master data for the entire supply chain. This position will focus mainly on Vendor Master Data management supporting KWS Business Units globally. This is a permanent, full-time position.
You will be responsible for maintaining Master Data in the SAP system while adhering to standards and governance to ensure data is compliant with defined policies and quality requirements. In this role, you will also support business users in all relevant aspects, while facilitating the standardization, digitalization, and automation of the processes. You will cooperate with Finance, Procurement, Sales, Treasury, IT and Process Management departments to ensure business continuity and efficient processes and will participate in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas and regions in continuous improvement data management.
Your Tasks:

• Execute data changes and mass updates in SAP ERP and complete tasks in work queue as assigned according to agreed SLA
• Research and provide guidance on complex master data elements related to regulatory requirements
• Serve as a subject matter expert associated with content, processes and procedures associated with SAP modules
• Initiate and carry out regular data cleansing activities to ensure high level data quality, compliance and consistency
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures and training documentation and perform end-user training
• Identify, report and resolve data quality issues through root cause analysis
• Support KWS activity transition plan performing the necessary tasks during the roll-out (knowledge transfer, system integration and testing, activity transfer, user training) Support and implement data management methodologies that support KWS business initiatives

Your Profile:

• Academic degree in Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain or any other related field
• Relevant experience in Master Data Management, Order Management and/or Accounts Payable/Receivable
• Practical knowledge in the area of master data management, ideally in the SAP master data
• Proficiency in MS Office products, including expert use of MS Excel, PowerApp and Power BI knowledge is an advantage
• Detail-oriented mindset with decision-making capabilities and an ability to prioritize multiple tasks / projects and follow up on outstanding tasks for consistent resolution (with minimal supervision)
• Process-driven team player with trong interpersonal, communication and organization skills, solution- and service-focused mindset to develop innovative and sustainable solutions
• English fluent, any other language skills such as Ukrainian, Russian or other Cyrillic languages are considered an advantage
