Tasks
- Create an end-to-end recruiting plan that includes responsibilities such as sourcing and contacting potential candidates, organizing interviews, and offering negotiations.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to find the best candidates for the roles.
- Get insights into different departments in our company to specify and improve your candidate search.
- Engage in constant analysis of recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve existing processes.
- Be an active contributor to the evolution of our recruitment practices by suggesting new strategies and approaches based on your day-to-day insights.
- Take part in a variety of projects such as employer branding, candidate experience, data-driven recruiting, tool implementation, and others.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of commercial and operational roles, including sales, procurement, and logistics.
- Previous experience in agency recruitment/headhunting or hyper growth startups; experience with Ashby as an ATS is considered a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in conducting research and reaching out to potential candidates.
- Strong negotiation skills as well as comfort in conducting cold outreach.
- Excited about assessing the cultural fit and selling the company to potential candidates.
- Strong motivation, willingness to learn, and passion for recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
