Manager Investor Relations & Sustainability (w/m/d)

The role

As a Manager Investor Relations & Sustainability (m/f/d), you will be a key interface between our company, investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. Your primary responsibility is to strengthen the company’s financial and sustainability positioning, ensure transparent capital market communication, and meet regulatory requirements. You will support the strategic development of Investor Relations (IR) and the sustainability strategy, actively contributing to presenting our company successfully in the capital market.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence both traditional IR topics and sustainability matters, setting strategic impulses. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a consistent and compelling communication approach.

Your profile

• University degree in business administration, finance, communications, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in Investor Relations, corporate communications, or capital market communication, ideally in a publicly listed company or a consultancy.
• Sound understanding of capital markets, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements (e.g., MAR, MiFID II, CSRD).
• Experience in preparing financial reports, ad hoc announcements, and IR publications.
• Ideally, experience with ESG topics and sustainability communication.
• Strong communication skills and excellent stakeholder management abilities, including the ability to present complex topics clearly.
• Proficiency in CMS systems, MS Office, design tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Canva), and investor relations platforms.
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Structured, strategic thinking and a high level of initiative and team spirit.

Your Mission

• Develop and implement the Investor Relations strategy to optimize the company’s positioning in the capital market.
• Manage external communication with investors, analysts, and institutional stakeholders, including roadshows, capital market days, and earnings calls.
• Contribute to the preparation of annual reports, quarterly and half-year reports, and investor updates.
• Support management in preparing for investor meetings, analyst conferences, and general meetings.
• Monitor and analyze capital market trends, competitive developments, and regulatory requirements in the field of IR and sustainability.
• Oversee and advance the company’s sustainability strategy, including ESG integration into business processes and investor relations.
• Manage and optimize the company’s presence in relevant ESG ratings.
• Further develop digital IR and sustainability communication, including the company website, social media, and newsletters.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments such as finance, legal, communications, and sustainability to ensure consistent external representation.
• Independently identify opportunities for optimization in capital market and sustainability communication.
