Missions

  • Develop, improve and implement effective human resources programs and solutions aligned with the business strategy to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead the human resources organization of your responsible cluster, providing strategic direction and support.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the BG and the Group for HR policies, practices and programs.
  • Serve as a strategic business partner, ensuring employees are motivated, skilled and trained to meet business requirements, budgets and timelines while minimizing labor risks and optimizing costs and organizational structure within Corporate and Division policies.

Competencies & Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Law, Accounting or other advanced degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering required.
  • At least 10 to 15 years of progressive HR experience across multiple disciplines, with leadership roles in multinational organizations, including union and non-union environments, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Extensive multi-cultural experience and comfort with international travel. Proficiency in German and English is mandatory.
  • Proven leadership presence and the ability to influence and coach effectively. A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success in driving results within a matrixed, multicultural, and fast-paced environment.
  • A strong business acumen, project management and organizational skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with confidence in public speaking and presenting.
  • Ability to build and motivate strong teams, deriving satisfaction from team achievements.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment, safety, and labor laws.
