What you’ll do:

• Take responsibility for solutions architecture and digital workplace initiatives, utilizing M365, Microsoft Power Platform, and SharePoint.
• Contribute creative ideas that improve architecture consistency and enhance user experiences.
• Create and maintain technical roadmaps and architecture documentation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Work alongside internal and external partners to ensure efficient and well-integrated robotic process automation solutions and workflows.
• Provide guidance on tools and technologies to ensure robust and modern digitization.

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent German and English language skills.
• Several years of experience in implementing digital workplace solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of M365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Atlassian Jira or Confluence.
• Experience managing diverse teams with agile initiatives/principles.
• Advantage: background in industrial or aviation environments.
