Your mission

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviews and offer negotiations
  • Develop and execute active sourcing strategies to attract top talent in engineering, AI, cybersecurity, and defense technology
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for highly specialized roles in UAV and security industries
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to define job requirements and optimize hiring processes
  • Ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, and security-clearance hiring regulations in defense recruitment
  • Utilize ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, SAP SuccessFactors) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow Talent)
  • Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and university partnerships to strengthen talent acquisition efforts
  • Optimize the candidate experience, ensuring smooth and transparent communication throughout the hiring process

Your profile

  • 3+ years experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or headhunting
  • Strong expertise in technical and defense sector hiring, including cybersecurity, AI, and aerospace roles
  • Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools to manage and track candidate pipelines efficiently
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for working with hiring managers and leadership teams
  • Understanding of labor laws, contract negotiations, and compliance in high-security hiring

Nice to have

  • Experience with security-clearance recruitment, military transition hiring, or government contractor hiring
  • Background in employer branding and talent marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of international hiring processes, visa sponsorship, and relocation programs
