We carry out exciting projects in the field of e-mobility and energy efficiency for our customers in the automotive sector. This is because the transport sector is responsible for around 20 % of CO2 emissions in Germany. In addition, the painting process in a car factory consumes up to 80 % of energy in the form of electricity or natural gas.
That is why we develop efficient painting processes for our customers and support them in the transformation to electromobility and CO2 neutrality.
What are your tasks?
Together with the engineering department, you will develop customised solutions for the application of coatings and thick materials in the automotive industry and general industry for our customers.
- Development of innovative solutions to fulfil the requirements of our customers
- Creation of 2D/3D plant layouts (AutoCAD, Bentley Microstation)
- Creation of process diagrams for ventilation systems, dryers, application technology
- Taking measurements for brownfield projects
- Definition of the components to be used
- Creation of parts lists
- Project management and customer support
- Managing and coordinating suppliers
What you should bring:
- Successfully completed vocational training as a technical draughtsman (m/f/d) or technical system planner (m/f/d)
- Initial experience in project management is desirable, but career starters are also welcome
- Good knowledge of English
- Flexible, a team player and a high level of commitment and willingness to learn
- Structured, results- and solution-orientated way of working
- Flexibility and enjoyment of project work with changing tasks.
- Confident handling of CAD programmes, ideally AutoCAD and/or Microstation
- Confident handling of MS Office products
