We are looking for a Chief Product and Technology Officer for our client in a remote role, preferably based in Romania or Portugal, but open to candidates from the rest of Europe as well. Join us to create cutting-edge solutions that drive significant business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the global product and technology strategy , ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams across product management, software engineering, AI, cloud infrastructure, and security .
Drive agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern software development to optimize speed, quality, and scalability.
Lead the evolution of digital platforms , ensuring seamless integration across omnichannel customer journeys.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning , ensuring best practices in product and tech development.
Ensure data security, compliance, and system reliability across global operations.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of leadership experience in product and technology roles (preferably in B2B SaaS, CX, AI, or digital transformation ).
Proven expertise in customer experience (CX) technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and AI-driven automation .
Deep understanding of digital contact centers, omnichannel engagement, and self-service solutions .
Strong track record in leading agile product development, microservices architecture, and scalable SaaS solutions .
Experience in data-driven decision-making, analytics, and AI / ML implementation .
Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
