  • Take responsibility for the strategic direction and governance of our global Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and set new standards!
  • Lead and develop a dedicated team of professionals, nurture talent, and create a culture of collaboration and success.
  • Develop and implement pioneering policies, standards, and best practices that take our P2P operations to a new level and lead exciting process optimization and automation projects to revolutionize efficiency and transparency in our organization.
  • As an integral part of the Digital Process World team (DPW), you will be responsible for the optimization and transformation of the Purchasing processes into the new SAP S/4 HANA world and work closely with different departments to ensure that the P2P processes not only meet the business requirements but also exceed them!
  • Analyze KPIs with your team and create meaningful reports to monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Train and support teams on P2P processes and tools to ensure everyone is fully up to speed and build strong relationships with internal and external partners to optimize collaboration and create synergies.

What makes us successful together

  • Completed studies in business administration or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in P2P management, process optimization, or related functions, ideally in a global organization as well as several years of professional experience as a leader (technical and disciplinary or alternatively in project management).
  • Profound knowledge of SAP, Ariba, and P2P IT applications to optimize the implementation and use of these systems.
  • Solid knowledge in the implementation of governance structures and process management methods.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience in using data to make decisions as well as strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex topics in an understandable and inspiring way.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You are business fluent in German and English.
