Your expertise will steer transformative change in our Medical division.
About the Role
Lead our strategic manufacturing operations by optimizing production, quality, and cost-efficiency while overseeing processes from assembly and quality control to scheduling. Collaborate with global teams, drive innovation, and shape operational strategy as you report directly to the VP Product Supply Medical.

Champion a market-aligned Compelling Business Need (CBN) and drive strategic initiatives
Serve as a trusted partner for our Markets, ensuring product availability and seamless operations
Architect continuous improvements in operations (SQCDM) while meeting budget and performance targets
Foster positive union relationships in collaboration with HR
Lead performance management, coaching, and talent development initiatives
Who You Are
Proficient in written and spoken German at a business level
Holder of a university degree or equivalent relevant education
A seasoned, customer-driven leader with experience in FMCG or MedTech industries
Proven ability to excel in a matrix organization and collaborate with international teams
Skilled in TPM, automation/digitalization, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and problem-solving
A high-energy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment
An inspiring communicator and stakeholder manager with a visionary outlook
