What you’ll do:

  1. You will be a strategic partner to team leads serving as their primary point of contact for all matters related to the employee lifecycle.
  2. You gain a deep understanding of both people and business needs through the relationships you cultivate with your teams. You transform this understanding into actionable insights and actively participate in P&O projects aimed at addressing these needs.
  3. You will consult and coach team leads on talent development, team engagement, retention, and team leadership. You will assist in creating meaningful development plans, understanding team dynamics, and providing support in challenging situations.
  4. You are accompanying regular people development processes like feedback and performance reviews, development talks, learning opportunities, and exit interviews.
  5. You make talent development and retention a central focus of your work, aiming to contribute to Emma’s long-term success by maintaining a high density of exceptional talent within our organization.
  6. You work closely with other P&O sub-teams such as Culture, Learning, and People Operations, both locally and globally, to ensure a cohesive and positive people experience for all team members at our company.

Who we’re looking for:

  1. You hold a bachelor or master degree in business administration, psychology, human resource management, pedagogics, social sciences or a comparable qualification.
  2. You have several years of professional work experience in HR roles in a global environment / for a global company.
  3. You know how to conceptualize and implement people development measures.
  4. You enjoy questioning the status-quo and are not afraid to speak up, you review and develop things further, and want to be part of a fast-paced environment with new challenges everywhere.
  5. You are experienced in steering projects autonomously and have an independent and structured working style.
  6. You are characterized by high analytical and strategic skills combined with a high level of engagement, drive, a self-confident manner, and hands-on mentality.
  7. You have strong communication skills, are proactive, and have great intercultural competency.
  8. You have very good written and spoken English skills and you are an excellent team player.
