Ruckus Networks, a CommScope business, is looking to add a Regional Director of Sales to join our team to promote our RUCKUS Networks Product Portfolio . This role will cover the DACH & CEE Regions and report into the Vice President of Sales for EMEA.

How You’ll Help Us Connect the World.
As the Regional leader for DACH & CEE, this is a significant role responsible for leading, mentoring, and running our team, including driving revenue, growing market share, and developing Customer and Partner relationships and new business development, paired with the opportunity to be an active participant in the EMEA Sales Leadership team.
You will have overall revenue responsibilities for RUCKUS sales in the assigned Region and will be answerable for the planning, developing, and carrying out regional growth plans and business strategies to improve market opportunities and drive profitable growth. We will look to you to take direct and hands-on responsibility along with your team for the delivery of sales targets for the region as agreed. Additionally, you will resolve the extent of business potential and identify the most appropriate points of access to customers and ensure the efficient utilization of sales and pre-sales resources.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:
- 10+ years of related experience.
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience with a dedication to building successful teams.
- 5+ years in building a business based both on solutions sold via channel partners, as well as the capacity to drive demand and build preference with major accounts.

- The ability to build and own a well-oiled sales operations/execution machine while implementing a detailed, measurable and repeatable process.
- Functional experiences in sales and business development with experience managing and working with cross-functional teams.
- A shown ability to personally sell and close large enterprise deals.
- A proven ability to consistently identify, attract and develop âAâ level sales talent. Able to attract key individuals.
- Technical proficiency and the skill to credibly articulate high-level technical features and benefits.
- Previous knowledge of the networking space.
