Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a senior advisor to the business, providing strategic guidance and expertise on key HR matters.
- Possess deep domain knowledge and extensive experience in negotiating with Workers‘ Councils.
- Lead and develop the People Excellence team in Germany, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Collaborate on budget and personnel planning, working closely with the People Analytics team.
- Support to build the HR strategy and implement it across the business.
- Manage freelancer activities, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and collaborating with external service providers.
- Work as part of the HR senior leadership team to deliver the strategic milestones.
- Ensure a positive employee experience for all BMG employees in Germany.
What you bring:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience at a senior or similar level, with extensive knowledge of German labor law.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to manage and negotiate different interests.
- High intercultural competence and the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultures and levels.
- Experience in collaborating with works councils.
- Exceptional communication skills in both German and English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Experience in an international environment, supporting a matrix organization in particular is helpful.
- A collaborative and open-minded leadership style with a strong team orientation.
