Location: all CHG-MERIDIAN locations in Europe

Tasks
- Managing and developing the Global Account Management Team with the aim of building and maintaining long-term, profitable relationships with our largest international clients
- Identification and realization of growth potential with our global key customers through cross- and upselling activities as well as acquisition of new customers
- Leading customer negotiations and ensuring successful closing strategies on a global level
- Coordinate and work closely with regional sales teams and other departments to ensure a consistent and outstanding customer relationship
- Monitoring and reporting of relevant KPIs, forecasting and budget management as well as creation of action plans for continuous optimization of sales activities and market position
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing international sales team to ensure high performance standards and a team-oriented work culture
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding targets by developing and implementing effective, innovative account strategies to maximize revenue and gross margin
- Management and monitoring of complex international customer projects
Your Skills
- University degree in economics, sales, international business or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in a senior sales position in Leasing or Financial Services
- Excellent knowledge in the development and implementation of sales strategies and customer relationship management
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing interdisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, a confident manner at all hierarchical levels and intercultural competence
- Strong analytical skills and experience in dealing with relevant sales figures and reporting tools
- Willingness to travel and flexibility to work in an international environment
- Business fluent in written and spoken English
