We’ve been retained by a global large cap Private Equity house to partner with their recently acquired portfolio business within the industrial industry. This portfolio company is undertaking an exciting high growth value creation plan to quadruple their revenue size over this PE lifecycle. To hit their ambitious objectives, they are looking to build out their transformation function, including a Transformation Director.

Transformation Director:

This role will take ownership of tracking the operational initiatives for VCO; reporting into and serving as PMO partner to the Chief Transformation Officer, you’ll ensure strategic initiatives of the organisation are delivered on-schedule and highlight cross functional issues at the right VCO level.

Requirements:

  1. 10 years working in strategy/transformation/project management role within the industrial sector – experience mixed across consulting and industry roles.
  2. Able to drive initiatives through collaborations with workstream leads, with regular cadence of progress reviews and feedback.
  3. Experience of working with senior leaders, to ensure alignment across the business.
  4. Proven track record of managing governance models and coaching workstream leads on developing strategies.
