For our plant in Hartha, in the centre of the triangle of Leipzig, Dresden and Chemnitz, we are looking for you as Head of Quality Management .
Work – exciting tasks in an international environment:
- Head of Quality Management as well as technical and disciplinary management of the team
- Responsibility for the strategic management and coordination of all quality-related activities
- Further development and harmonization of quality management processes
- Further development of the QMS and the maintenance of certified standards
- Coordination and processing of customer complaints
- Monitoring of production processes, product safety, product quality and risk management
- Conducting internal, external and customer audits
Life – experience and competence for a personality with the right profile:
- Completed studies with a technical background in the focus on quality
- Training as a Quality Management Officer „ISO 9001:2015“
- Knowledge of IATF 16949:2015
- Knowledge of the auditor ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 desirable
- Several years of experience in quality assurance and ideally in the automotive industry
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Strong analytical, conceptual and strategic approach
- Empathetic personality with high leadership skills
- Confident and convincing appearance
- Your strong communication and teamwork skills as well as your sense of responsibility round off your profile
