Could you be the full-time Engineering Development Planner (f/m/d) in Hennigsdorf we’re looking for?
Your Future Role:
2,100 colleagues from 46 countries, including 800 engineers, shape in Hennigsdorf the future of rail mobility. The locally developed, manufactured, and maintained product range includes high-speed, regional, and local trains, subways, as well as trams and light rail vehicles. Our corporate functions play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites.
You’ll report to Luciana Mara de Carvalho Alvite and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.
We’ll look for you to :
- To issue with BTM and métiers leaders committed and shared engineering schedule for contract execution and R&D project with SEPM validation
- Engineering schedule construction
- To build engineering schedule in collaboration with PrEM and engineering team (based on tender schedule and existing standards)
- To support PrEM and engineering team in achieving their commitment on engineering schedule
- To support PrPM in identifying critical path & to communicate. To survey blocking points regarding committed dates: To propose solutions, to follow implementation and to escalade if necessary
- Give visibility on engineering schedule situation
- To give visibility & Alert of risks on engineering schedule situation per project
- To facilitate the communication between Team Members, PrEM and PrXMs on critical issues
- To communicate engineering team project priority and Project schedule modifications
- Continuous improvement on engineering schedule
- To participate with EQM to REX along the projects for capitalization on métiers
- To promote On Time Culture
- To respect Engineering Plan management and Project Time plan management

- Engineering knowledge : 3D/2D/EBOM/tools & process
- Industrial & Sourcing Knowledge (docs, process…)
- Project Management knowledge (risk management, quality process…)
- To have a good taste for technical activities
- Mastering 1 or several scheduling software (MSP/Primavera, …)
- Good knowledge of Excel
- English
- Good Communication and collaborative skills
- Innovative, pro-active and positive
- Customer oriented
- Autonomous
- Able to make the synthesis of a critical issue
