You develop and execute a fully integrated marketing strategy with a strong focus on demand generation. Under your leadership marketing becomes a predictable revenue generating team.This role is a huge opportunity to make direct impact on the growth trajectory of Aareon within the Property Managers segment. You will run a lean and agile team, comprising of marketing and business development. Together you create demand, capture demand and you develop opportunities for sales. For our entry level products you further develop the online sales channel.You are both a leader and contributor that takes end to end responsibility for the for the prioritization, planning and execution of marketing plans across the full customer journey. You understand that you and the team need to be deeply familiar with our customers‘ needs and processes in order to articulate the value of Aareon products for Property Managers.Your Tasks:Team Leadership – you build a high-impact team and lead by example.Marketing strategy – you drive the vision, strategy and execution of the marketing plan.
