The Position Consulting, analysis of data & processes to gain insights, searching for new capabilities to strengthen the steering and performance of an organization as well as being a reliable and strong partner for relevant stakeholders drives your motivation? Then we are looking for you as new colleague within the Governance & Performance Management Team.Tasks & responsibilities In your role you will be part of the Global Facilities & Engineering (GFE) governance team and responsible to further develop and effectively manage the GFE governance & steering model.You will define and decide on long-term vision & objectives for GFE Steering Tools, reporting and analytic capabilities and translate them into specific (short- and mid-term) activities and milestones.Within our performance team you will be responsible for the design, implementation and running mode of dedicated processes related to GFE Governance and Steering model.In addition, you will support the stabilization after changes in operational processes, data and/or platform and provide guidance and expertise to stakeholders and users.From a continuous improvement perspective, you will identify and decide on data improvement potentials and share leading practices among supported units.Lastly, you will act as a consultant for GFE and manage demands end-to-end accountable along the whole life cycle.Additional tasks & responsibilities for the role as Senior Governance Manager: As senior governance manager, you will be responsible for respective governance processes and continuous development closely aligned with the overall platform owner and GFE service towers. Moreover, You will have a strategic impact on overall GFE and its direction whilst implementing newest methods and integrating them into the existing landscape, processes and organization closely connected to relevant stakeholders on different management levelsRequirements Hold a master’s degree or equivalent in business administration or economics.Have professional experience in project management, corporate governance, organizational development, Business Intelligence (BI).Demonstrate business acumen, stakeholder orientation and leadership experience in global teams along with strong management capabilities.Possess strong data analytics skills and a high affinity for processes, operations and digitization.Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and inspire stakeholders.Have a proven track record in governance & steering models, a passion for data models and process designs as well as expertise in coaching and consulting leaders.Additional requirements for the role as Senior Governance Manager: Several years of professional experience in a corporate- or management consultancy, specifically in corporate governance and/or organizational development, in Business Intelligence (BI), performance management or IT strategy & demand management, business acumen, stakeholder orientation and extensive experience in leading global teams paired with strong management capabilities and knowledge of organizational models as well as expertise in coaching and consulting of leaders, senior managers and/or managers as well as decision-makersReady to contact us?
