For more information, visit our careers blog.What you’ll doAs Senior Product Manager for Mobile at Contentsquare, you will drive forward our plans to be the leader in Mobile App analytics. Your major focus will be on delivering best in class mobile capture and analytics experiences to our customers. We are in a position where we are able to adjust the role’s scope to your proficiencies – whether that is more on the mobile data capture side, or on the customer facing analytical insight side. Some responsibilities of the role will be to:Innovate and Create: Develop brand-new customer outcomes for our Mobile Analytics product line. Identify and drive new analysis mobile app customers are yearning for, bringing new value to an underserved market.Understand Users Needs: Embrace data and deeply understand our users through leveraging Heap Product Analytics (yes, we taste our own soup!). Drive continuous product discovery and research with customers, partnering with Design to iteratively improve mockups based on feedback.Experiment First: Leverage experimentation, breaking down projects into achievable milestones to effectively iterate to the best solution.Strive to Delight: Collaborate with Design to ensure you’re building easy-to-use, self-service, and delightful experiences for our customers.Ruthlessly Prioritize: Weigh up development tradeoffs,focusing on delivering product outcomes that drive key metrics of adoption, retention, and engagement.Be the Evangelist: Distil development strategy into actionable roadmap plans, and effectively communicate them to the wider Engineering, Product and Design group.
