Director Digital Platforms (m/f/d) YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and lead the definition and roadmap of the underlying technical foundation of Bayer s digital health solutions platform; Define a market leading roadmap for the digital health solutions platform; Collaborate amongst a comprehensive, matrixed organization to maximize velocity in Bayer s digital development processes; this will include (but not limited to) partnering with product managers, product owners, clinical/medical specialists, research and behavioral design resources, market access and commercial, and all key competencies within the software development life cycle; Find innovative ways to solve complex problems; Develop and own the vision of the digital health solutions platform and make key tradeoff decisions to balance commercial growth, user uptake and retention, partner expansion, and achievement/improvement of health outcomes ; Make critical build/buy/partner decisions on a variety of technology and platform competencies; Being a steward and leader of Bayer s digital/software development; exude confidence and take calculated risks in advancing Bayer s digital health solutions agenda; Understand key technical and market trends to influence the development of a best in class platform; Shape the platform and its supporting business model to achieve Integrated Care’s long term business goals; Be objective and data based in decision making to support product and platform hypotheses, develop conclusions, and develop business cases that inform roadmap and priorities for the business. WHO YOU ARE Bachelor’s Degree; Long term experience in a matrixed, global, software and product management organizations; Experience managing/leading product management and software development teams; Experience with a variety of different software development methodologies (such as Scrum, Agile, etc.); Ability to discuss product and technical concepts, manage tradeoffs in roadmap management, and propose new ideas to internal/external stakeholders; Understanding of technology landscape, source technologies, and pro’s/con’s of different solutions; Working knowledge of different healthcare specific integration; Successful track record of defining and launching platform driven digital businesses; Know how to navigate complex technical organizations; Familiarity with the Pragmatic Marketing Framework.
