Known for award-winning art and pop culture magazine boredpanda.com and TOP DIY channel Crafty Panda, we fight the world’s boredom at an unprecedented speed: 160 million site views per month and 62 billion video views per year. Our team comprises over 600 creative individuals who work from 42 different countries and 4 offices, located in Vilnius, Lithuania.
We are excited to announce that we are currently looking for a talented Head of Business Unit to join our team for the award-winning art and pop culture magazine "boredpanda.com". Prepare to work for a leading publisher of uplifting stories that cure boredom all over the world!

What You Will Do:

• Lead the ideation and conceptualization of cutting-edge media/content projects, exploring opportunities for innovation and growth;
• Turn ideas into MVPs to quickly test product traction and market fit;
• Lead projects to profitability through various user acquisition channels including socials, organic (SEO) and owned media;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects with high market potential;
• Develop business cases, outlining the strategic rationale, financial projections, and expected outcomes for each project;
• Build and manage a high-performing and wide profile team and ensure KPI delivery;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in market trends, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation within the organization.

What We Expect:

• Proven experience in Performance, Growth Marketing, Project Management, Growth hacking or similar roles;
• Experience with Content would be a strong advantage;
• Experience in leading high scale projects would be considered a strong advantage, otherwise exceptional interest in building and kickstarting projects is necessary;
• Good leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and identify business opportunities
• Passion for innovation and growing new initiatives across different industries
• Proven track record of building successful projects from scratch;
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian (both written and verbal).

Salary: Total compensation 6600 – 9900 eur / gross (fixed and variable parts, depending on results)
