As the Online Marketing Manager (d/f/m) you will plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns. Your special focus will be Paid Search (Google and Microsoft Ads) on Web and App at the beginning with additional room to take over tasks and responsibilities across other channels and products on App.
How your role will look like:
- Execute and optimize paid media campaigns for App acquisition, Paid Search Web and retention
- Develop and execute effective paid marketing strategies for paid search web and app to generate leads // subscriptions for different product lines
- Monitor campaign performance and conduct performance analysis to achieve monthly KPI goals and maximize ROAS
- Be in charge of data-driven decision making: utilize data analysis to make informed decisions and deliver results
- Drive proactive initiatives to increase the creative production workflow, ensuring high-quality ad creatives and effective messaging
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in performance marketing, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and optimization
- Responsible for managing the distribution of large budgets
What you need to succeed:
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience with:
- Paid Search (Google and Microsoft Ads)
- App Growth and retention roles, with a deep understanding of mobile app ecosystems, user behaviour, and performance analytics
- Tracking and analysis tools like GA4, MicroStrategy
- Confidence in using common campaign and bid management technologies
- Proficientcy in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong analytical skills as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- A proactice approach and a hands-on mentality
- Experience in ASO (App Store Optimisations) would be a plus
- German fluent and good knowledge of English
