Experience required:
- Min 5+ years of overall experience.
- 1 year of experience in the parameterization or support of an Avaloq platform.
- 3 years of experience in the banking transactional field (Stex, Corpac, Settlement …).
Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd level Avaloq and peripheral support.
- Support, prioritize, coordinate and track production incidents on the Avaloq platform as well as on certain peripherals.
- In collaboration with other entities of the Tech & Ops division, initiate the opening of problems aimed at proposing sustainable solutions to recurring incidents or high impact incidents.
