This is a leadership position reporting to the ACIM Regional Managing Director for EMEA. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the Company’s insurance management and consulting services in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, including operational, marketing/sales, business, and product development.

Position Responsibilities / Main Functions

  • Lead the agreed strategic and operational plan for the Captive and Insurance Management operations in domicile.
  • Deliver on agreed financial and operational targets.
  • Maintain a compliance culture within the local office in line with Aon Group and local regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship, service delivery, and strategic account development for selected key clients.
  • Oversee both business and client profitability, building value propositions relevant to our clients to facilitate continued organic fee growth.
  • Support a structured programme of business development activity for local captive and servicing operations, working with colleagues in the wider AGRC and CRS to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Actively support wider AGRC thought leadership and innovation initiatives to maintain Aon’s position at the forefront of the captive industry.
  • Plan and implement appropriate succession planning within the local office.

  • Technical competence across Finance, Insurance, Compliance, Risk Consulting, Business Development/Sales, and Team leadership.
