Your role
Interested in working in finance, specifically as a wealth management professional serving clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint that consistently ranks among the world’s top financial institutions?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Global Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program.
You’ll get to:
- ensure superior client experience through providing excellent administrative and organizational support in all client related processes
- be the point of contact for optimal support and service delivery in processing client orders and dealing with client queries
- assist in the handling and resolution of compliance and document related matters
- prepare client visits and business trips and actively assist in the follow-up action
- follow and adhere to the UBS code of ethics and the cross-border regulations
- collaborate with different teams on strategic projects with a goal of improving our client experience and driving engagement
- build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy, while learning about how we operate to effectively meet the needs of our clients
- develop professionally by establishing a network of mentors and business contacts we believe are some of the best in the business
- attend educational events led by senior leaders that provide extensive exposure and insight into the business
Your team
You’ll be working in our GFIW Eastern Europe team in Zurich. We provide advice-based solutions to deliver products and services designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth institutions and families. We’ve successfully built the number one wealth management franchise in the world. You’ll work with the best talent in the industry, as we help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients.
You will be a part of the highly dynamic and international team focusing on servicing UHNW clients with Eastern European origin. You’ll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services and become a trusted client account manager. You’ll be part of the client coverage team and closely collaborate with client advisors. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
- is fluent in English (written and oral), Russian language skills an advantage
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
