The E-Commerce Marketplace Support has to assist the Specialist and the Marketplace Team in maintaining existing marketplace portals and in the operative tasks of new openings.
Core Job Responsibilities
- Support in the maintenance and operational of existing Marketplaces
- Support in the integration process of new Marketplaces
- Interface with Marketplace’s EDI
- Support in the day-by-day operational activities and technical flow with EDI and/or Marketplaces
- Error list: make sure that the MPs receive correctly all the product information through the technical flow and correct the relevant errors
- Online Products analysis
- Mapping and clustering: translate the products information according to the requirement of the new MP
- Setting of promotional activities and price monitoring
- Monitor Marketplaces in order to make them respect Guess brand integrity policy
Requirements
- At least first level Degree in Management, Economics, Statistics or similar
- Very good knowledge of Excel
- Familiarity and passion for numbers
- Excellent Knowledge of English language – both written and spoken; any other language will be a plus
- Be cooperative, flexible and a teammate
- Be precise and respect deadlines
- Passionate about fashion
