Your mission
- Advising customers on the introduction and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
- Analyzing customer requirements and creating specifications for adaptations or enhancements to Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Insights Data, Customer Service, Field Service)
- Supporting implementation, system configuration, customization, testing, and documentation
- Providing technical and methodological advice on business processes and workflows
- Conducting training courses and workshops for customers
- Collaborating closely with Dynamics 365 implementation teams
Your profile
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules or several years of practical experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or field service environments
- Strong analytical skills, process understanding, and abstraction capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- IT affinity and technical understanding
- Enjoy working with people, high customer orientation, team spirit
- Fluent in German and English
- Willing to travel approximately 2-4 days per month
