Job Description
In the role of Lead Consultant, your primary responsibility is to ensure effective Design, Development, Validation, and Support activities to assure high levels of service satisfaction for our clients in the technology domain. Required
- Strong experience in E2E data management and program managing large accounts, preferably in the Telecom domain.
- Program Management: Delivery governance and program management for DNA on one or multiple accounts. Act as the single escalation point for all program issues, conduct regular reviews, and provide sign-offs for projects.
- Proposals: Participate in large proposals and actively seek opportunities for account growth.
- Client Management: Build formal and informal client relationships with senior leadership in the Data organization. Regularly review engagement and take corrective actions for high customer satisfaction.
- Strategy & Roadmap: Provide inputs on account strategy and create development roadmaps for the respective area.
- Resource Planning: Experience in leading a large team spread across geographies.
- Hybrid Working Model: Working from Infosys NL office/Remote work. Regular travel to customer locations within the EU.

- Understanding of one or more estimation methodologies.
