Senior Web Experience Manager

We are looking for a Senior Web Experience Manager to define and execute our website content strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, optimizing website design and functionality, and staying current with industry trends to enhance user engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Define the overall website content strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audience requirements.
• Manage and collaborate with stakeholders across HQ teams and markets to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure effective execution of the website content strategy.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, IT, user experience, and sales, to integrate website content initiatives and align with overall business strategies.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of the website, including design, functionality, and user experience, in alignment with the content and platform strategy.
• Lead a team of professionals responsible for different aspects of the website, such as content management, web product owners, and UX/UI design.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the website’s content performance and identify areas for improvement as well as maintain optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and enhance the website’s content and customer engagement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data privacy, and accessibility standards.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience with a focus on website content strategy and management.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute a comprehensive website content strategy aligned with business goals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams responsible for web content, development, design, and SEO.
• Deep knowledge of web content best practices, including content creation, optimization, and management.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor website performance, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in website content strategy.
• Proven product owner/project management skills to handle multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive innovation.
