Roles & Responsibilities: Prepare information and conduct compliance KOM with stakeholders, Preparation of Compliance specifications, plan and associated deliverables. Third Party Co-ordination as required per the project scope. Compliance analysis: vendor integration and resolving Compliance issues and mentoring stakeholders on necessary technical regulatory requirements and information (Americas, EMEA and Asia countries). Review and validation of compliance documents such as & not limited to ATEX/IECEx/CSA/CUTR, LVD, EMC, PED Declaration of Conformity (DoC), Declaration of Incorporation (DoI), EC-Type examination certificate, Pressure Test Reports, Material Test Reports (MTR), Welding procedure, Welder qualification, Hardware Marking verifications. Liaison support for project engineering and design team for Compliance questions and clarifications. Required Skills (Technical Competency): Should have knowledge about the necessity of international certifications like IEC, IECEx, etc and other country regulatory certification like CSA, UL, TUV, Intertek, CE marking, etc. Basic knowledge in the various directives for the EU requirements for the CE marking. Should have basic design Knowledge in the Power equipment’s like Steam Turbine, Generator and its accessories. Basic Knowledge on Low Voltage Directive, EMI/EMC, Machinery Safety Directives (MD) and PED (Pressure Equipment Directives) is an added advantage. Should have knowledge about the energy efficiency requirements for the various products and the corresponding labeling & standard requirements existing in different parts of the world. Should have basic knowledge in understanding the engineering documents and drawings. Desired Skills: Work with Engineering Team for providing the compliance requirements applicable for the Project. Work with sourcing for collecting the required documents for the project. Support the supplier to educate them with the requirements to meet the Compliance Requirements of the project. Create Technical Construction file for the collected Compliance documents.
