Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement development plans to support team growth. Operational Oversight: Oversee and ensure the successful delivery of aseptic drug product manufacturing processes within the new sterile facility at Ibexâ„¢ in Visp. This includes the optimization of production workflows and consistency to stringent quality standards. Process Optimization: Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability, aligning with standard methodologies in aseptic manufacturing and regulatory requirements. Multi-functional Collaboration: Act as a key member of the Operational Drug Product Leadership Team, working closely with other departments such as Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to align on project goals and ensure seamless integration of processes. Accountability for Results: Take ownership of the assigned area’s performance, including meeting delivery timelines, maintaining cost control, and ensuring compliance with safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Problem Solving and Issue Resolution: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for drug product processes, providing technical guidance and resolving challenges to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.Wat We’re Looking For Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of aseptic drug product manufacturing processes, with a background in sterile pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical production. Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Educational Background: Degree or equivalent experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus. Operational Excellence: Solid understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements for drug product manufacturing, as well as experience with process optimization and lean manufacturing principles. Strategic Mentality: Ability to think strategically while managing operational details. Strong skills in project management, resource allocation, and cost control. Collaborative Approach: Exceptional ability to work multi-functionally, influence partners, and drive alignment across teams.
