Your responsibilities
- Drive projects to improve output, quality, and on-time delivery
- Monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks and implement structured yield improvements
- Be the technical reference within the manufacturing & supply chain organization
- Ownership of a set of products in terms of quality and testing
- Take responsibility for the NPI, ECR and ECO processes
- Provide first level support, report technical issues and production downtime
- Work in close collaboration with R&D and ensure knowledge transfer
- Coach, train and support team members
Your profile
- BSc or FH degree in electrical engineering or electronics
- 5 years+ experience as production engineer in an industrial environment
- Proven experience with manufacturing process and new product introduction
- Experience with calibration and testing scripts, Python is a plus
- Deep understanding of production processes and ERP systems
- Lean Six Sigma certification and proven project management experience
- Excellent communication skills, analytic and solution oriented thinking, independent and conscientious working style
