Tasks
The social media team functions as channel owner and go-to hub for state-of-the-art content to engage with our guests. It is an important interface in a dynamic marketing and communication environment – responsible for content planning & reporting, projects and a consistent social media strategy.
- Planning, creating and publishing content on all SWISS social media channels in accordance with the social media content and channel strategy (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Threads).
- Community Management.
- Coordinating communications with internal and external stakeholders including agency steering.
- Developing new content concepts and identifying new trends on social media.
- Setting up paid social campaigns to support content performance.
- Evaluating and improving content performance according to OKRs.
- Regular on-call assignments (with additional compensation) to ensure the social media team’s 24/7 availability for collaboration with the Crisis Communication Center.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of social media, either in a company or on the agency side.
- Digital enthusiast with a passion for social networks, their technical features, and innovations.
- Native German speaker with exceptional written and spoken English skills.
- Strong communication and conceptual skills.
- Authentic and empathetic personality with a keen sense of good storytelling and social media trends.
- Innovation- and change-driven.
- Advanced skill set in tools such as O365, Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager and Photoshop/Canva.
- Team player with a strong sense of flexibility and a willingness to perform during peak times.
