We are looking for an experienced Procurement Consultant with a strong track record in enterprise-scale procurement transformation, from initial strategy through to full implementation. This role is ideal for a Business Process Owner (BPO) with expertise in procurement operations and end-to-end procurement migration.
The consultant will lead the implementation of a new procure-to-pay (P2P) platform for ORS entities in Switzerland, ensuring seamless integration, operational efficiency, and alignment with business objectives. This is a 6-month engagement, with an ideal start within the next month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership – Oversee the full implementation of P2P infrastructure, including processes, controls, and best practices.
- Technology Integration – Drive the adoption of procurement technology, ensuring systems are fully operational and optimised for business efficiency.
- Process Standardisation – Define, align, and document procurement workflows, ensuring compliance and consistency across teams.
- Change Management – Lead internal adoption efforts, ensuring seamless user transition through stakeholder engagement and best-in-class training programmes.
- Training & Enablement – Develop and deliver training materials, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and system utilisation.
- Data & System Migration – Oversee data migration and system integration to ensure a smooth transition without operational disruption.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in enterprise procurement transformation and technology implementation (P2P, ERP, or related systems)
- Strong background in procurement process optimisation, automation, and compliance.
- Experience in managing stakeholder engagement and change adoption at an enterprise level.
- Fluency in English is required; German and French are highly desirable.
