Join a dynamic and growing IT Infrastructure team dedicated to bridging the gap between business and technology. As part of the Infrastructure Systems Operations Team, you will play a key role in managing business-critical systems, collaborating with IT stakeholders, and ensuring the seamless delivery of world-class IT services.
Your Impact
Operational Management – Administer and maintain IT platforms, including patching, updates, vulnerability management, monitoring, and capacity planning.
Incident & Problem Resolution – Analyze and resolve tickets, working closely with other IT teams to ensure service continuity.
Continuous Improvement – Implement best practices for operational management, ensuring IT services remain current and optimized.
Technical Documentation – Create and maintain lifecycle documentation for IT infrastructure and services.
Your Profile
️ Degree in an IT-related field
️ Experience managing Microsoft server environments (Windows Server, MS SQL, IIS, SharePoint, Active Directory, Group Policy, System Center, Teams, Exchange)
️ Strong networking knowledge, including DNS
️ Experience with cloud technologies, particularly Azure and cloud-native solutions
️ Fluent English, German is a plus
