VIE contract in short:

According to Business France\’s eligibility conditions, the Volontariat International en Entreprise (VIE) is an assignment in a French company operating overseas for professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein) nationals .

The team and mission:

Part of the Commercial Department, the Relationship Management / Client Coverage Team has the central responsibility for all existing client relationships.

The client types include investment companies/KVGs, investors such as insurance companies, pension funds, foundations, and asset managers. Our team manages and improves service quality through active quality management (e.g., service review meetings, customer satisfaction surveys). We interact with clients regarding complaints and escalations and coordinate with internal departments. We are also responsible for maintaining up-to-date client documentation, including KYC & due diligence. Together with our colleagues from Business Development Management, we support the strategic development of client relationships and develop incremental business (cross-selling, up-selling) with our clients.

Your main missions will be:

1. Co-operate and support internal coordination with various departments in the preparation of contractual agreements with customers and service reviews.
2. Support and collaborate with the client service team in day-to-day business.
3. Prepare client mailings and presentations.
4. Provide support in creating a knowledge database.
5. Prepare client and market participant analyses.
6. Work with marketing on new client engagement activities.
7. Prepare and follow up on customer visits, presentations, and team reporting, including Management KPIs.
8. Contribute to client projects with a regulatory background (e.g., KYC, CRS, MiFID II).

Minimum Requirements:

Business, Finance, Business Administration, Economics. A specialization in Finance or Business Analysis is appreciated.

0 – 2 years of experience.

A first experience in Project Management and/or Process Management is advantageous. A first experience in client relationship management is also a plus.

Hard Skills:

• Understanding of the financial industry acquired through a first working experience in the sector (internship, apprenticeship, or first job).
