Airbus Defence and Space is looking for an
Engineer Technician Senior Customer Support Enterprise Resource Planning Aviation (d/m/w)
The Support Center in Wunstorf is looking for support for the A400M Ground Support Service (GSS). You work with the fleet operations management system (MDS), in which the maintenance and configuration data of the A400M military transport aircraft is recorded and managed. You support both the German Air Force and Airbus internal departments with the planning, maintenance, support and process optimization of the MDS to maintain airworthiness.

Wunstorf is located in the immediate vicinity of Hanover, the state capital of Lower Saxony and directly on the Steinhuder Meer. Your tasks and responsibilities
- Advice and support for CAMO in solving operational issues
- Independently processing, coordinating and answering Air Force inquiries about
- the A400M operations management system in close coordination with international
- Airbus locations (including creating solution suggestions and error analysis)
- Validation of new operational management software versions (testing all functions
- and coordinating the test results with the customer)
- Creation and editing of technical concepts in coordination with the Air Force
- Definition of new operational management requirements and functionalities in
- coordination with the Air Force
- Opportunity to participate in the development and implementation of training for
- the use of the operational management system (MDS) for the German Air Force
- and Airbus employees
- Continuous entry of configuration and reference data for the A400M fleet into the
- operations management system
- Support in the development of digital solutions as part of ISS (In-Service Support)
- projects
Desired skills and qualifications
- Completed technical studies or comparable education
- Affinity for data analysis and good Excel knowledge
- Knowledge of tools or systems in the area of operational management systems is
- desirable, e.g. AMOS, SAP
- Understanding of the procedures and processes in aviation – ideally in the
- maintenance and CAMO areas
- Strong customer orientation, communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English skills, knowledge of German desirable
