For our customer located in Zurich/Switzerland we are currently looking for a Senior Tech Transfer Project Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks & Responsibilities
Support development of global project timelines following endorsed TT strategy.
Provide clear visibility on short/mid long term deliverables to the sending unit.
Develop sending unit activities plan, and establish KPIs for sending unit deliverables.
Identify resource needs for sending unit activities, align resource allocation with sending unit Sponsor, coordinate sending unit project team.
Monitor progress, proactively identify risks and propose mitigation. Escalate issues to sending unit Sponsor.
Establish and maintain a project risk register. Develop and monitor mitigation strategies.
Track and document changes to established TT strategy. Seek endorsement of strategy changes.
Schedule and organize training activities at receiving unit. Support the team for training readiness.
Organize regular project review and technical meetings with sending unit and global team.
Support reporting of project status to leadership teams.
Must Haves
BSc/MSc in Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology or comparable education.
Strong in leading a team in complex Global and Matrix environments (Internal Global/Local model & (business) partnerships) and driving collaboration within the team.
Strong CMC/TT expertise preferably in Large Molecule area.
Strong knowledge of common PM tools/platforms (MSP, Smartsheet,…) and MS360.
PM certification beneficial.
Self-directed and proactive, with a drive to deliver results.
Cultural openness: open-minded with strong communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to working in a global environment.
Clear and concise communication (oral and written) – Able to convey complex technical information in a way that is understandable to various stakeholders (Team, management, external partner).
Leadership – Provide direction and motivation to cross-functional team. Able to gather information to support informed decision making. Effectively prioritize tasks and anticipate potential delays.
Conflict resolution capability and able to foster a positive, collaborative and supportive work environment.
Open to changes and able to adapt plans and strategies as new information becomes available (able to see the big picture and to deal with ambiguity).
Effective cross-cultural communication.
Problem-solving – quickly identify potential challenges or issues and develop solutions to address them.
Fluent professional business English skills.
Fluency in French or Portuguese would be beneficial.
